We collect the personal data you provide when using our forms (name, email, company), technical data from your browser (IP address, device type), and order-related data (uploaded images, editing instructions).

• Process and deliver your photo editing orders
• Communicate about order status and support requests
• Improve our services through aggregated analytics
• Send occasional product updates (with your consent)

3. Data Storage & Security

Images are stored in private cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) with access isolation per tenant. Data at rest is encrypted. Draft uploads for abandoned orders are auto-purged after 72 hours. Delivered originals are retained for 30–90 days and edited outputs for 90–180 days, unless a different retention window is agreed by contract.

4. Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with sub-processors required to deliver the service (cloud infrastructure, payment processing). A list of sub-processors is available upon request.

5. Your Rights

Under applicable law (GDPR, CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact privacy@rr.studio to exercise these rights.
