1. Scope of Service

RR (“we”, “us”) provides professional e-commerce photo editing services including, but not limited to, background removal, retouching, ghost mannequin, shadow creation, color correction, and compositing.

RR supports both business and individual customers. Business accounts use a company billing profile. Individual accounts use a personal billing profile for card checkout, invoices, and account ownership.

2. Billing Profile & Tax Classification

EU business customers must provide a VAT ID that validates through VIES before billing is unlocked. US and other non-EU business customers must provide a business tax or registration ID. Individual customers are not required to provide business VAT or registration data by default, but they must keep their personal billing identity and address complete enough for payment and invoicing.

3. Orders & Delivery

Orders are processed within the turnaround lane selected at submission. The default operational lanes are Standard (48 hours), Rush (24 hours), and Super Rush (12 hours). The SLA clock starts only after payment is confirmed and the required source files/specs are complete. Enterprise or custom contracts may override the target turnaround in writing.

4. Revisions & Refund Policy

Included revisions are tied to the selected finishing depth: Cleanup (1 round), Detailed (1 round), Hero (2 rounds). Editorial self-serve orders use the Hero route. Across all orders, the maximum is 3 rounds per order. If final output still does not meet the agreed brief after the allowed rounds, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All original images remain your property. Edited outputs are licensed back to you upon full payment. We retain no rights to use your images for marketing without explicit written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to decline any order that violates this policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RR is incorporated.
